The house includes everything you would expect to make for a comfortable stay, including a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need to whip up tasty meals and a deck out front and back so you can enjoy the outdoors as well. What’s nearby: Sitka Sedge State Natural Area is just 0.9 miles to the north along Sandlake Road where you can go for a hike and explore the wonders of the area. Or, head two miles up the road and you will find Whalen Island County Park where you can hike all the way around the island. Pacific City is under four miles to the south down Sandlake Road, where you will find several dining options, groceries, necessities, and more....

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
