This roomy, three-story home is perfect for families looking to get away at any time of the year; the winter is extra cozy with the pellet stove and cabin feel! The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you may need to whip up a delicious meal, including a Kitchen-Aid mixer, a food processor, and a crockpot. The dining room is a great place for the family to gather with plenty of room at the table for making memories. Outside, you can enjoy the firepit and the front porch, which is shaded by all the trees. Take advantage of the two provided kayaks, one canoe, and a shared basketball court within walking distance. A beach wagon and kayak carrier have recently been furnished in the home for use during your stay. This dog-friendly home is located directly on the snowmobile/ATV trails, and is within walking distance of downtown’s restaurants, shops, and the nearby tennis/basketball courts! Also across the street is a public sandy beach....

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
