Everything from the exquisite woodwork throughout the house to the granite kitchen countertops to the cozy, radiant-heated floors will elevate your Sandpoint vacation. This home has room to cook big meals after days at the beach, while the comfortable loft is the perfect place to wake up with sunlight pouring through the large windows. There is also a separate guesthouse with three bedrooms, one bathroom, a second full kitchen, and a fun-filled game room in the garage with a dartboard and foosball, making it perfect for larger families. Outdoors, you’ll also find a six-person hot tub and a firepit for those cool summer nights.
This home is on the Pend Oreille River, which boasts beautiful wildlife views and plenty of family fun at Riley Creek Recreation Area. The Willow Bay Marina has a beach, a fantastic restaurant, and gas available for boats, and it is located directly across the river from this home. After Dover, the Marina is the only restaurant and stop for gas on the entire 36-mile stretch of the river. A 15-mile drive will take you to Sandpoint, where you can enjoy beautiful lake beaches and all the local shops and restaurants this city offers. Schweitzer Moutain Resort is less than 30 miles away and offers world-class skiing and snowboarding.
