This sumptuous home, located at the Reserve in Fish Haven, features a unique, shabby-chic style with beautiful upscale, rustic accents and many handsome features including stunning stone and wood finishes, a billiards table, a landscaped yard, and an ideal location right down the road from the Reserve’s top-notch clubhouse and amenities. Enjoy the beautiful view from the deck, play a game of basketball or tennis on the sports courts, or head down to the clubhouse where you can take a swim in the Reserve’s pool, or have a soak in the community hot tub. If the kids need some playtime, they need look no further than the enormous pirate ship playground marooned just off the side of the home. With access from the balcony, the mysterious ship features ladders, slides, a climbing wall, and a rope ladder, perfect for the kids to play games on while getting some good exercise. A community playground is also just a short walk away, and don’t forget to visit the Reserve’s beautiful nearby private beach. Come try the Chalet @ Bear Lake, and enjoy a relaxing, quality vacation.

And head underground to see the breathtaking subterranean scenery of Minnetonka Cave, just 17 miles from your rental.
