This hillside log home boasts fantastic views of Schroon Lake and peak views of Pharaoh Mountain, and it also offers shared beach and dock access! Three levels of open living space will accommodate your whole group, and outside you’ll have a campfire area and room to park six cars. Inside, the main floor has a great room with plenty of comfortable seating, a full kitchen with granite countertops, a casual dining area, and two bedrooms. The upper level has a private main suite with a sitting area, and there’s an open loft space that overlooks the main level. Downstairs, you’ll find a family room with a bunk bed and a TV, plus the last bedrooms. Less than 100 yards away, you can access a dock shared with several other homes. Or, you can enjoy a day at the fabulous Schroon Lake Town Beach (less than a five-minute drive away), where you’ll find free parking and free access to a vast sandy beach with amazing views. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
