All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. This home is intended for family gatherings. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m and are strictly enforced. Noise violations will result in eviction.
All reservations require a copy of the rental terms be reviewed and signed within 72 hours of booking.
All events exceeding the maximum occupancy require written request and approval from Property Manager.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
A boat and canoe are available for guest use.
