This classic Seaside Bungalow has been restored, keeping all the beauty and details of its original construction, yet updated with modern conveniences. Whether you are relaxing before the stone fireplace or cooking in the modern kitchen, you will be so happy you chose this home. Right off the kitchen is a charming dining area. The wall of windows allows the sun to pour into both the dining area and kitchen.
There is one bedroom off the living room that is large and comfortable. Next to that is a recently updated bathroom. Down the hall is a true master bedroom, complete with an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has also been recently refurbished with all the modern comforts. The master also includes a sliding glass door with access to the backyard patio and a private TV. Upstairs, in the low-ceiling attic, you will find two more beds, giving this home generous sleeping accommodation. Outside, you will find a charming patio, with plenty of seating for those warm sunny days. Inside or out, you will find this home has it all. And it’s only a couple short blocks from the Promenade and the beach!
