In addition to the slopes of Arrowhead, you’ll find skiing and snowboarding for every skill level a short bus ride or drive away, in Avon (three miles east) and at Beaver Creek (five miles east) and Vail (14 miles east). Hiking, river sports, and world-class mountain biking can also be found all over the county.
