Plum Paradise Newly renovated and located on the private side, it feels like a paradise resort with two kitchens and two dining areas perfect for groups that want to come together, yet desire their own space on vacation. Lots of fun with two game rooms, a sandy beach, a large boat dock, a fire pit, a sandy beach, a volleyball court, a gas grill, fishing, kayaking, pedal boating, and much more! A pontoon is even available to rent for your adventures on the water. Conveniently situated on Lake Anna’s private side, this home is next to Dike Two, making it the perfect place to sit on the dock and watch the fireworks on July 4th. A private community boat launch is available upon request (there is a dock to tie up to at the house). Things to Know Paddle Boards are available! All drivers of a motorized watercraft must have a Virginia Boater Safety License. All fishing will require a Virginia Fishing License. Pontoon rental is managed by the homeowner. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
