Soulmate In accordance with current local rules, the max occupancy for this home has only been adjusted to nine persons for reservations through April 23rd. Reservations made after this period will allow the maximum occupancy of 12 persons for this home. This house has it all and will make your vacation very memorable and stress-free and has recently been refreshed inside and out. There are new patios for viewing and enjoying the lake and there is an outdoor firepit overlooking the water as well - an excellent location for s’mores. The covered outdoor patio has plenty of room for relaxing and a large table for gathering around and enjoying a great dinner. There is a ping pong table as well. Inside there is a bar to sit and enjoy time together on your vacation. There are also many levels on this property to relax and enjoy the great views of the lake. The dock has a swing open gate for jumping and diving - don’t worry, it’s plenty deep. The views are breathtaking, as it is on the best part of the lake and sunsets are just out from the dock. The home is also just a short two-mile drive to the main grocery store. It’s a close boat ride or car ride to all restaurants and shopping. THINGS TO KNOW Harmful algae bloom may be impacting the lake in this area. Please contact Property Manager for more info. Fishing will require a Virginia Fishing License. Drivers of motorized watercraft must have a Virginia Boater Safety License. Covered slips are not available for guest use; guests can tie to the side of the dock. The fireplace is not available for guest use. The living room sofa bed and downstairs sofa bed provide extra sleeping space. Smart TVs with Roku and Starlink internet provide entertainment options. Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access. This property is managed by Property Manager Virginia LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
