This family abode provides plenty of space and the comforts of home. The backyard patio and the gas grill are great for beautiful days, while the living area has plenty of room that lets you escape indoors when you’ve had your fill of California sunshine. Thoughtful upgrades as of March 2024 include fresh paint, carpets, windows, and beds in the downstairs bedrooms, a king mattress in the large upstairs bedrooms, a gas cooktop in the kitchen, and a propane built-in BBQ. This house is a short drive or leisurely walk from the beach at La Jolla Shores, La Jolla Cove, and the La Jolla Tide Pools. The Museum of Contemporary Art, a movie theater, and many fantastic restaurants are also nearby in downtown La Jolla or at the Shores. Downtown San Diego, SeaWorld, Balboa Park and the Zoo are all a quick trip away - within 15 miles. Things to Know The pool/jacuzzi are not heated. The house is conveniently located near La Jolla Parkway but some street noise can be heard with windows open. This is a residential community so please be respectful of oneighbors. The rental agreement has a zero-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeiture and evictions are strictly enforced.
