This modern home in Scottsdale was completely remodeled in 2017 with only the best finishes. Deluxe amenities include a private pool, pool spa, backyard putting green, and an outdoor firepit. Located near the desirable Kierland and Paradise Valley areas, you’ll be a short distance away from top-notch restaurants, bars, and the beautiful outdoor shopping at Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. TPC Scottsdale Stadium Golf Course is just down the road, where PGA’s Phoenix Open is held annually.
The kitchen has been completely redone and is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals. Each bedroom has a flatscreen TV, nightstands, and plenty of lighting. The large great room off the kitchen has a 55-inch HDTV, a pullout sofa, and plenty of seating. The backyard is very spacious and features a patio area and large grassy area with paver patio extension with more chairs, firepit, gas grill, and outdoor table and chairs. The home also has free WiFi, a stand-up video arcade, and a tournament play foosball table. *Please note the pool heat has additional taxes and fees that will apply.
