This truly is a wonderful place to spend your summer vacation! Brandy Pond, also known as Bay of Naples Lake, is a 740-acre lake in Naples, Maine, which is connected to Long Lake by the Chute River and to Sebago Lake by the Songo River. Moor your boat to the private dock, so it’s ready for you to explore over 40 miles of waterway. The cabin is a mile off of Route 302, a short distance from the Naples Causeway and the Naples Golf and Country Club. Naples offers many activities for your enjoyment, such as trips on the Songo River Queen, boat and jet ski rentals, and Naples Seaplane Adventures. There’s an arcade and Steamboat Landing Mini Golf for the kids, and a brewery and live entertainment at Gary’s Olde Towne Tavern for the adults. A convenient shopping center is a few minutes north on Route 302, while Smitty’s Cinema, serving food and cocktails during your movie, and Seacoast Adventure Park, with a ropes course, go-karts, and tubing, are approximately 15 minutes south. There are so many options for a fantastic lake getaway! No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
