With the shore of Moosehead Lake only 75 feet away, travelers of all ages will enjoy the shallow cove with a sand/pebble bottom. Bring your boat - no more than 20 feet long - and launch from the dock. Revel in the seclusion of four acres of lawn and wildflowers, as well as access to canoes, life jackets, and paddles. You’ll also have ATV trail access directly from the property. You’ll be nearby activities for your entire group to enjoy including snowshoeing, cross country skiing, golf, downhill skiing, and a playground. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
