This rental comes with driveway parking, so you can easily leave your car behind when you explore. This airy vacation rental features crisp modern decor and all the amenities you need for a great stay, including free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and four flatscreen TVs. Enjoy home-cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, or fire up the outdoor grill and dine al fresco on the patio. Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October. This property’s maximum occupancy is limited to 6 guests. Code enforcement notification: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night.
