A spacious, cozy apartment located in a quiet area but in the very center of Zakopane. It has been adapted to a comfortable stay for up to 8 people - we especially recommend this place to families and groups of friends. The apartment includes a private parking space.
ATTENTION! A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required. The property will charge 7 days prior to arrival. Payment is made by credit card. The amount paid should be refunded within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full to your credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Keys should be collected in our office, which is located at 2 Kościeliska Street. We are located near Krupówki! :) Please note that late check-in after 22:00 carries the following extra charges: - PLN 150. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property beforehand. Increasing the check-out time until 13:00 involves a fee of PLN 50. Check-out after 13:00 will incur a charge for the next full day. A baby chair and cot must be pre-booked. Additional fee for a cot is PLN 20 / night. An additional fee for firewood is 20 PLN / pcs
- Returnable deposit charged in the amount of PLN 400
