Things to know: The pool can be heated upon request for guest stays of 3 nights or longer! 24 hours notification is required and a pool heat fee of $72 per day plus tax must be paid prior to check-in. The city of La Quinta has a vacation rental ordinance requiring a minimum of one occupant to be at least 30 years old. This person will be responsible for ensuring all applicable laws and rules are followed by the group of renters. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
