The home is secluded and private, but close enough to Whitefish and Kalispell to head into town whenever you want some small-town charm. Glacier National Park is 23 miles away when you want to visit its spectacular vistas, plentiful lakes, mountain ranges, and more. If skiing is what you’re after, Whitefish Mountain Resort is 25 miles north.
Mountain views are visible from many of the windows, and hardwood floors and other decorative features make this home elegant and inviting. There is a living space with a stone hearth, a family room with a sectional sofa and chairs, and a TV room, so it’s easy to divide into groups for separate activities. With a pool table in the game room, three flatscreen TVs, and WiFi, there’s plenty to do for fun.
A gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and mahogany cabinets has everything you’ll need to prepare tasty feasts. Stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, a gas grill on the deck, and mahogany cabinets make a beautiful and efficient place to work. Enjoy your meal at the breakfast bar, in the dining room, or outside in the fresh air.
As many as 13 guests will love this five-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom house. The bedrooms contain a king bed, three queens, a double, and two twins. For a bit more space, there’s a sofabed.
Browse through the local boutiques in Kalispell for some presents for the folks back home, then visit the Conrad Mansion, a pre-1900 mansion that remains excellently preserved. For great barbecue, head to Famous Dave’s and try the award-winning ribs.
