The Rim Village community is located just six miles away from the activity of downtown Moab and 12 miles from the breathtaking natural formations at Arches National Park.
This single level condo is truly charming. The bright and cheery living room has a fireplace and a cable TV, perfect for curling up and relaxing after a day of adventuring. This space opens into the fully stocked kitchen, where you can easily make and share meals with friends and family.
Step out on the private patio and watch the sunset over the La Sal Mountains while huddled around the firepit with your favorite people.
Inside, there are three bedrooms - one with a king-size bed, another with a queen, and a third with two twins. There are two additional rollaway beds and two full bathrooms, which means there’s plenty of space to accommodate up to eight guests. Each bedroom has a cable TV.
Other amenities include complimentary WiFi, central A/C, a two-car parking garage, and a private washer/dryer.
You’ll have access to the shared community pool from April to October and the hot tub from February through November. Spend your days hiking and biking along nearby Moab Rim or Slickrock Trail. Whitewater raft the Colorado River, and spend evenings relaxing by the pool. Of course, no trip to Moab is complete with experiencing the Arches. Guests of this home will also receive a 20% discount off of golfing fees at the Moab Golf Club.
