Located in the Cottonwood Townhomes, you will be just a few blocks from Main Street in Moab for shopping and dining, and a quick drive from Arches National Park.
This bottom-level rental is open-concept and full of light. The main living room area is complete with leather sofa set where you can kick back and watch cable on the flatscreen TV, or cozy up in front of the gas fireplace. WiFi is also provided for surfing the Net, or connect with family and choose a board game from the stockpile. A foosball table is even available in the garage.
From the living room step out into the fenced backyard that is perfect for Fido. A gas grill is available for cooking, and a patio table and chairs are provided for lounging.
A full kitchen is available, complete with stainless steel appliances, a microwave, a coffemaker, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. The home also has a laundry room with a private washer/dryer for your freshening clothes and linens.
Between the three bedrooms there is sleeping room for six guests. A king bed occupies the master bedroom, which also has an en suite bathroom. A second full bathroom is available down the hall. A second bedroom provides a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds.
There is plenty to do in Moab so plan some time for adventuring! Dead Horse Point State Park is about 30 miles away, Ken’s Lake in Spanish Valley is great for swimming, and the local area offers plentiful four-wheeling and mountain biking trails. Off-roading tours are available, as are other adventure activities like skydiving. If you prefer to keep things more low-key, stroll over to Main Street, enjoy the community pool access, or browse through geodes at Moab Rock Shop. Guests will also receive a 20% discount off of golfing fees at the Moab Golf Club.
