This modern townhouse is located in Rim Village, a scenic community that sits just six miles south of downtown Moab. You’ll be less than two miles from the Moab Golf Club, 11 miles south of Arches National Park, and 36 miles east of Canyonlands National Park.
The interior living space features hardwood floors, high ceilings, and an abundance of desert sunshine. Come home from a morning of mountain biking to relax on the plush sofa, catch a movie on the flatscreen TV and Blu-ray/DVD player, or take a nap in the warmth of the gas-powered fireplace.
Use the WiFi to explore your many dining options in town, or prepare your own feasts in the full kitchen. This open space features plentiful wood cabinetry, a dishwasher, a breakfast bar, and an adjacent dining space for six.
Spend your days swimming in the community pool (which is open April through October) or taking your dogs for long walks in the mountains (please note that a two-dog limit and a nightly pet fee apply). You’ll also find a gas grill, a patio table, gorgeous mountain views, and a hot tub on your private patio.
With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this Moab home will sleep a total of eight guests (but please note that it is more ideally furnished for six). You’ll find a king-size bed and a gas fireplace in the master suite, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the kids’ room (which also features a TV with a DVD player and Nintendo 64).
