Experience all that Moab has to offer when you stay in this three-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation home with access to a shared seasonal pool and nestled in the stunning red rock landscape.
Not only is this home bright and beautiful, it’s also located on the 12th green of the Moab Golf Course. Other perks include access to the community’s shared seasonal pool, open April through October, and its close location to the energetic center of downtown Moab.
Gather by the fireplace on plush seating in the living room and streaming shows on the flatscreen TV, or stream your newly made getaway playlist on the complimentary WiFi. Slip through the sliding doors and out onto the patio, where you’ll find a grill and outdoor dining furniture.
Back inside, there’s a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table with seating for six, so it will be easy to entertain guests and spend time with one another!
When it’s time to turn in for the night, guests can retire to one of three bedrooms. The master bedroom and the second bedroom offer queen-size beds and flatscreen TVs and the last room has two twin beds. Add in the queen-size air mattress, and up to eight guests will enjoy a restful sleep here.
With a private washer/dryer and two full bathrooms, you won’t have to worry about staying fresh and clean while enjoying time outdoors.
Spend your mornings by the community pool, or book a tee time for the nearby Moab Golf Course. Then, head out to explore the breathtaking landscape around you. Dead Horse Point State Park is just over 30 miles away, and Canyonlands National Park is just next door. Arches National Park is less than seven miles away, and no trip to Moab is complete without exploring the park’s amazing formations.

Please note that the swimming pool is seasonal and only open and available for use from mid-April through the end of October (weather permitting).
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
