Located in the desirable Cottonwood Townhomes, this home is just three blocks from Main Street for a quick walk to shops and restaurants. The fenced-in backyard is perfect for dogs, and for lounging outside under the carved wooden pergola and taking in the views of Moab Portal.
The living room offers a comfy couch and love seat where you can kick back and watch the game on the flatscreen TV, surf the internet with the provided WiFi, or simply cozy up in front of the fireplace. The nearby dining room provides seating for six. This will come in handy for meals cooked in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher for easy cleanup. A washer/dryer are also provided in the home, and a two-car garage is on-site as well for parking.
This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home provides a master bedroom with a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a steam shower. The main bathroom down the hall provides a jetted tub/shower. A queen bed can be found in the second bedroom, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Additional sleeping space is available in the living room with a futon and two twin rollaway beds.
Moab provides plenty adventure in the surrounding area. Arches National Park is just a five-mile drive away, or take an 18-mile scenic drive in Canyonlands via the Island in the Sky entrance. Four-wheeling, kayaking, and whitewater rafting are all possible locally, and Ken’s Lake in Spanish Valley is ideal for fishing and swimming. Jeep tours are also possible along Moab Rim, or visit Moab Aquatic Center for water slides and family fun. Guests will also receive a 20% discount off of golfing fees at the Moab Golf Club.
