Located on the northwest shore of the lake, you’ll enjoy quiet surroundings and quick access to downtown Sandpoint, just an easy drive across the bridge. More attractions await 47 miles away in Couer d’Alene.
A comfortable atmosphere greets you inside, with timber framing, vaulted wooden ceilings and radiant natural light. In the living room, you’ll find leather furniture in front of a fireplace and a TV for rainy day entertainment. A selection of books might also keep you busy.
Get your sunshine on the spacious deck while soaking up the spectacular lake view. There’s a patio table, furniture, and even a gas grill out here. Take the stairs down to the lawn and your private beach and dock.

With three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, this home accommodates up to 8 guests. In one bedroom is a set of twin bunk beds and a sofabed, and a second offers a king bed and full private bath. A king bed is the prize of the master bedroom, along with a full shared bath featuring dual sinks, a soaking tub, and separate shower. Laundry is easy to take care of with the private washer/dryer.
This house is perfect for a large family, a couple of families, or a group of friends - fish and swim in the lake or go waterskiing with a speed boat. Nearby Silverwood Theme Park will please visitors of all ages, and there’s also a ton of forest close by to explore. Refuel with a tasty dinner at any number of restaurants in downtown Sandpoint. Challenge your friends to a game of shuffleboard or Ping-Pong for a fun-filled afternoon.
