Retreat to the woods at this great Sautee Nacoochee cabin with a private hot tub, a pool table, and fantastic mountain views! Nestled among verdant trees in a quiet neighborhood, it’s peaceful and calm. With the town of Helen just over six miles away, this cabin is both near enough to entertainment and far enough away that you can enjoy solitude and privacy. Make sure to experience all there is in this neck of the woods! Bring the camera on the hike to Dukes Creek waterfall, or try paddleboarding or the zip line at Unicoi State Park.
The scenery is stunning, with striking panoramic views of the forests and mountains and the custom-built wood and stone of the cabin. The living area features large windows that let in lots of natural light, a TV and DVD player, and an electric fireplace you can snuggle in front of. Upstairs in the loft, there’s a pool table where you can work on your trick shots. Log onto the WiFi to choose a recipe for the evening’s supper, then head to the kitchen.
With lots of space and stainless steel appliances, this kitchen is a dream to work in. There’s no better way to start a lazy Sunday morning than with a lovingly prepared brunch for the whole crew! If you want to grill at any point, there’s a gas barbecue on the downstairs deck where you can fry up some burgers.
In addition to the grill, the lower deck has the crown jewel of this home - the private hot tub. Soak away your cares, then grab a mug of hot cocoa and head to the upper decks to watch the stars shine out over the mountains. We hope you brought makings for s’mores - the firepit in the backyard is ready for you to heat tasty treats.
The primary suite has a jetted tub in the bathroom and French doors leading out onto a screened upper deck. Each bedroom has a TV, and there is a futon, as well as two twin rollaway beds to make sure everyone has comfy sleeping space.

THINGS TO KNOW
Guests acknowledge that Property Manager requires guests of pet-friendly rental units located within the Highcrest Summit POA must comply with the following conditions:
1) Guests must indicate in their reservation the number of dogs (not to exceed the Max Dog occupancy) and pay related pet fees to Property Manager.
2) Highcrest Summit HOA states: ’Dogs must be on a leash at all times, per Highcrest Summit HOA covenants and White County, Georgia Animal Control.’
3) Highcrest Summit HOA states: ’If your dog is reported/found to be off-leash at any time, you will be evicted from the premises immediately and forfeit all funds related to your rental stay.’
4) Highcrest Summit HOA states: ’No pit bulls or pit bull mixes allowed.’
2 dog(s), weighing 25lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
