The Deschutes River is a half-mile away, and Sunriver’s restaurants, golf courses, and tennis courts are close by. Bend, a fun and active tourist city, is just 18 miles north, and Mt. Bachelor is only 21 miles away‚Äîthere’s even a shuttle from Sunriver for a small fee! With cable, free WiFi, and a great kitchen, this is a pleasant place to stay. There’s even a gas grill and spacious deck! Better yet, there’s a private hot tub in which you can relax. This light and bright two-story home has three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms and sleeps eight people. This home is located off of Circle #4, just minutes away from Fort Rock Park and the Village at Sunriver. There is a king master, and queens in the other two bedrooms. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
