There are three bedrooms in the home for up to six guests. Two bedrooms have queen-size beds and an additional room with bunk beds completes the downstairs. There are three decks, a hot tub, and a private, sheltered garden. Thoughtful touches in design and furnishing makes this an ideal destination for couples or families. From the house, it is a short walk to to Bluff Trail and biking paths, leading to the marine preserve, beaches, swimming pools, and tennis courts. Top off your day with a soak in the hot tub located on the lower deck. The living area on the upper level provides a great vantage for the home’s ocean view. Simplicity prevails throughout the design and furnishings. The bedroom configuration makes this a perfect home for two couples or a family. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
