Wonderfully located just 16 miles east of downtown Portland, this recently built two-level home is one mile from the gardens, restaurants, brewery, winery, and outdoor concerts at McMenamins Edgefield, and only six blocks from the shops and restaurants of historic downtown Troutdale.
With central air conditioning, WiFi, and lovely hardwood floors, The Buxton is comfortable, polished, and charming. Spend chilly winter days in the main floor living space, where you’ll find a gas fireplace, a flatscreen TV, and Netflix streaming to enjoy your favorite films and shows.
The open and spacious layout continues in the full kitchen, which offers stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and gorgeous granite countertops. There’s seating for two at the kitchen bar counter, as well as space for four in the sun-lit dining area.
When you’re not hiking through the Gorge or taking in a summer show at Edgefield, you can spend your mornings, afternoons, and evenings on the back deck, firing up the gas grill, sitting around the patio table, or soaking in the warmth of the private hot tub.
And if you’re enjoying a quiet evening at home with friends, you’ll discover a second flatscreen TV in the upstairs den, as well as a private Ping-Pong table in the converted garage game room.
At night, this beautiful home can accommodate a maximum of six people. Guests can choose from one king bed and two queen beds, while sharing two full bathrooms and one half-bath.
