This 3,200 square foot beach house sits perched on MacKerricher State Park among dunes and protected nature. It’s the perfect site for your next big family reunion or any getaway for everyone! Dogs are also allowed for a small nightly fee. About four and a half miles north of Fort Bragg proper, this home is in the quiet village of Cleone, giving you easy access to Highway 1 as well as the seclusion you seek in a vacation. Both Lake Cleone, for a serene stroll, and the Purple Rose Mexican Restaurant and Cantina for homestyle food, are a short walk away from your front door. Right outside your getaway are the MacKerricher dunes and trails, a perfect place for a headland hike and a picnic. You can also visit fun and funky Fort Bragg for brunch and a stroll around local boutiques or come for dinner....

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
