Located about 20 miles west of Galveston, this home is in the upscale Pointe West Condominium Complex. To access the beach, simply walk a few minutes over a dune cross-over bridge where you can wriggle your toes in the sand, enjoy the sunshine and frolic through the shallow waves. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, this home has ample space for 10 guests (six adults) so don’t be afraid to bring the whole family! The living room features comfortable seating, 75” flat-screen TV and plenty of space for guests to spread out and chat. A dining room connects the living area to the open kitchen. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
