Tranquility by the Sea is a laid back 3 bedroom, 2 bath home perched on a hillside in beautiful Neskowin. This home has two decks, a fireplace, and a short walk to easy beach access where you might find you have the beach all to yourself! Three steps up and you are on the main level of this peaceful home. The first thing you will notice is the unique art work done by friends and family of the home owner. The living room has a cushy couch and chairs along with a nice wood burning fireplace. Here you have views for miles from the picture windows facing the beach. The open and spacious floor plan includes the dining and kitchen areas connected to the living room. The well-stocked kitchen allows you to prepare whatever your heart desires. Whether it is a sit-down dinner around the table or popcorn while watching a movie - the choice is yours! There is even a small nook near corner windows where one could sit and write a letter, read a book...

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
