From the hardwood floors to the slanted, wood-beamed ceiling, guests will be treated to a comfortable and cute beach-cottage interior. The wood burning fireplace in the sunken living room will keep the mood all toasty for a board game night. Or take it outside and relax in the hot tub or around the firepit! When it’s time to turn in, you’ll have your pick of the ’Captain’s Quarters’ or the ’Crew’s Quarters.’ The larger of the two rooms has a quilt-covered queen bed, a decorative chair rail along the wall, box beam ceiling, and a view of the landscaped yard. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
