At the western edge of Black Butte Ranch is a getaway whose comfortable charm and renewed amenities blend perfectly with the spectacular surroundings. It’s a well-appointed but cozy retreat, and hot tub-equipped, making for a relaxing headquarters for the endless outdoor possibilities - biking, hiking, skiing, fishing, golf and tennis, all in one of the most scenic spots in the American West. The knotty pine paneling, expansive picture windows, and 14-foot living-room ceiling fit the mountain motif, as does a classic, lava-rock fireplace that seems straight out of a ski lodge. The updated kitchen includes honey-hued alder cabinetry, a combination convection/microwave oven, and a gorgeous refinish of a pine picnic-style table. A TV, DVD player, Bluetooth sound box, and WiFi availability are part of the living room, which adjoins a mud room designed to accommodate extensive ski equipment or double as staging area for the hot tub outside....

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
