In this lovely home, the solarium is the true star. Taking up the whole west wall of the living room, you’ll enjoy a view of the beach that will make you feel like you are right out on the sand! View a chilly sunset or a powerful storm while staying warm and cozy inside. Also in the living room, there are comfortable sofas for relaxing, a wall-mounted, flat screen TV with cable, and ocean-themed art adorning the walls, including a large whale mural. After a day of beach combing and kite flying, come back to the house for a nice dinner and an evening watching movies, reading, or just playing a group game, while you listen to the waves...

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
