The bus stop for the free KART (Ketchum Area Rapid Transit) system is right out front. This free shuttle will carry you quickly around the area to the numerous sites and amenities in and around Sun Valley/Ketchum. Cyclists can hop on the path that runs north for 10 miles and south for 16 miles along the Big Wood River. Bring the kayak, bike, or tackle box up to nearby Sawtooth National Recreation Area - eleven miles north - where you’ll enjoy all the hiking, biking, fishing, and boating that comes with 300 alpine lakes and snow-capped peaks. Hot tubs and saunas are closed seasonally for maintenance; they will be closed after Labor Day until after Thanksgiving, then in the spring when the mountain closes for skiing in April through Memorial Day. Golf and tennis are closed from November 1 through May 1; this is weather-dependent and could be extended or shortened at the discretion of the association with/without cause or notice. **There is no pool and hot tub access during the winter 2020/21 season due to construction. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
