This truly wonderful single level in the Ridge at Eagle Crest offers one of the best vacation locations in Central Oregon. The nearly 3,000 square foot open and air-conditioned spacious floor plan is ideal for entertaining or spending time with all your friends and family relaxing in one beautiful natural light-filled setting. As you relax in the open living area, you can look out to an ancient juniper forest and watch the rabbits, deer, foxes, birds, and abundance of all kinds of wildlife saunter by. The wide expansive hallways lead to three large bedrooms at one end and to the spacious master suite separated at the other wing. There is a cozy small den that also serves as an additional sleeping area with two twin beds. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
