You’ll feel right at home relaxing in the hot tub in the backyard or chatting around the backyard table surrounded by trees. In the peaceful, fully fenced backyard with a hot tub, there’s a gas grill for outdoor meals and plenty of space for the kids or dogs to run around.

Come wintertime, this little town along the Mt. Hood Scenic Byway is close to a number of different ski resorts, making it an ideal destination for snow sports. The neighborhood of Timberline Rim includes a seasonal pool and a tennis court at the Timberline Ridge Recreation Club. Mt Hood Ski Bowl is 16 miles away and the famous Timberline Lodge is only a 35 minute drive from the house. In the surrounding National Forest lands, there are multiple trails for snowshoeing or cross-country skiing.
