Built in 1927, this single-level cabin sits on a third of an acre near the eastern banks of the Salmon River. You’ll be just a few steps from a seasonal fall-to-spring creek, half a mile south of the golf courses at Mt. Hood Oregon Resort, and an easy drive from the mountain’s renowned ski slopes: 13 miles to Mt. Hood Skibowl, 20 miles to Timberline Lodge, and 25 miles to Mt. Hood Meadows. THINGS TO KNOW Wood is not provided for the fireplace. PERMIT ID#109384 No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
