What’s nearby: This three-level chalet is located in downtown Government Camp, offering a main living area on the first two floors and a finished studio (with a second kitchen and wood stove) on the basement level. You’ll be a quarter-mile stroll from Summit Ski Area, half a mile north of Mt. Hood Skibowl, and six miles down the road from the slopes of Timberline Lodge. Come summertime, you’ll be two miles east of the Mirror Lake Trailhead and four miles north of gorgeous Trillium Lake (both of which are also snowshoe favorites each winter). Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
