The furnished balcony is complete with a gas grill and a forest view and back inside, there’s a gas fireplace for chilly evenings. You’ll also enjoy deluxe, on-site amenities including a lodge with a grand Cascadian stone fireplace, two shared pools (one of which is heated year-round), a soothing hot tub, and a dry sauna. When the snow is falling, the charming community of Government Camp is located within a few short miles of five different ski resorts including the Mt. Hood Skibowl, the Summit Ski Area, and the majestic Timberline Lodge and Ski Area. In warm weather, head out on the adjacent 28-acre trail network, fish the local creeks, rivers, and lakes, and have a ball at Mt. Hood Adventure Park. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
