BOOKING RULES: These booking rules are required even though this site may allow you to book otherwise PEAK SEASON (Memorial Weekend until the 3rd week of August): Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Friday. SEPTEMBER AND THANKSGIVING: Week-long (7 night) stays must still be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out). OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS: Two night stays are allowed on weeknights (Mon-Thurs) during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking. Any two-night stays are allowed in Jan, Feb, and April. NO 1 NIGHT STAYS NO CHECK-IN OR CHECK-OUT ON THANKSGIVING DAY, CHRISTMAS EVE OR CHRISTMAS DAY (Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.)
