Your reservation will not be accepted unless it follows the guidelines below. Please read carefully before booking. Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August • Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights • Stays must start or end on a Saturday (e.g., Sat–Tues, Tues–Sat, Sat–Sat) SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK • 7-night stays must still follow a Friday–Friday schedule • Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day • Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (No Saturday check-in or check-out) OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May) • 2-night stays allowed on two night stays are allowed during off-peak • Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS No check-in or check-out on the following holidays: • Thanksgiving Day • Christmas Eve • Christmas Day (Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.) *MUST be at least 25 years old to make a reservation. *Check-In 5pm (strictly enforced May - Sept & holidays) *Check-out 10am (always strictly enforced) *We love to be flexible when we can - free early check-in is often available during the off-season.
