Our 2 bed, 1 bath neatly furnished condo is located on the west side of Ouray approximately one mile from downtown and just across from the Uncompaghre River. It’s location provides easy access to the Riverwalk Trail, located right across the road from the complex, which leads to the Hot Springs Pool and Park and into the heart of downtown Ouray.

This condo is perfect for a peaceful getaway in Ouray! Cliff Top condo features in-floor radiant heat throughout and a gas fireplace in the main living space with provides additional coziness. It has two decks with mountain views -- one in front with a built-in bench and a covered deck off the kitchen with a gas grill and small table and chairs.
Cliff Top is a one-story condo located one level up above the unit’s garage. The garage is available for guest use. There is also parking for a second vehicle in front of the garage.
Cliff Top is pet friendly and the pet is fee is $25/per day (max. $150) with a two-dog limit.
