Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo (Unit 3) is located in the Sitzmark Building at Purgatory Resort and offers convenience in all seasons. This is a true slopeside ski-in/ski out retreat right at the base of one of Purgatory’s favorite runs, Lower Hades. Ski down to the high-speed six pack in the morning, and ski right back to your door in the afternoon. In spring, summer and fall, mountain biking and hiking trails are just the other side of the front door.
The condo was remodeled in 2018 including all new appliances and offers plenty of space and features an open floor plan. The condo also features covered parking at the unit, washer and dryer, WIFI and a gas grill. The large back deck offers great views and great outdoor space to hang out.
The condo is pet friendly but only accepts dogs and only one dog is allowed. The pet fee is $25/day (Max $150).

The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee.
