It is all about its exceptional location, with beautiful views of the mountains, providing access to your favorite activities. It is located a mere ten-minute walk to downtown Avon with a free shuttle to the ski mountain. Our condo features all of the comforts of home with access to a heated indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor patio with fireplace and hot tub, fitness center, steam room, reading room, youth game room, adult sports lounge, ski storage lockers, underground and outdoor parking and, during ski season, a daily shuttle to both Vail and Beaver Creek Villages. Each residence features attractively appointed granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, a gas fireplace, washer and dryer in the home, and dark wood floors. Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - King Bed 2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to their regular rigorous cleaning regimen, they are following housekeeping best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per the manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.
