Our single level 1,280 square foot condo, which features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is located in Avon Colorado at the base of the west entrance of Beaver Creek Resort. It is all about its exceptional location, with beautiful views of the mountains, providing access to your favorite activities. It is located a mere ten-minute walk to downtown Avon with a free shuttle to the ski mountain.
Our condo features all of the comforts of home with access to a heated indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor patio with fireplace and hot tub, fitness center, steam room, reading room, youth game room, adult sports lounge, ski storage lockers, underground and outdoor parking and, during ski season, a daily shuttle to both Vail and Beaver Creek Villages. Beauty is in the details of The Ascent. Each residence features attractively appointed granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, a gas fireplace, washer and dryer in the home, and dark wood floors.

We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to their regular rigorous cleaning regimen, they are following housekeeping best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per the manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we’re doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay.
