Our newly remodeled 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom home is the perfect base for exploring all Durango has to offer. The home features tons of deck space with unmatched views of the Animas Valley along with a brand new hot tub. The home is just 11 miles (15 minutes) from Historic Downtown and 15 miles (18 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort).
Our home features classic lodge-style architecture with vaulted ceilings, a custom rock fireplace in the main living space, and high-end finishes and furnishing throughout.

Note there is no access to the garage.
We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to their regular rigorous cleaning regimen, they are following housekeeping best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces, and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per the manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we’re doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay.
