This beautiful condominium offers a warm gas fireplace, updated kitchen, smart TV in living room and bedroom. The views from the unit and decks are beautiful of the surrounding San Juan Mountains and Glacier Club Golf Course.

The unit is fully-equipped including washer and dryer and all full-size stainless steel appliances. Upstairs there is a private suite with bar refrigerator, microwave, two queen beds, loft area with one King bed and a full sleeper sofa. Two full bathrooms as well. The Durango area is rich in history and this location is ideal for vacationing at any time of the year. We know you will enjoy staying in our special unit in the mountains! This condo comfortably sleeps 6 to 8 people, with one King bed and full sleeper sofa in the loft, and two Queen beds in the large bedroom. Washer & dryer in the unit. Wifi internet.

We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to their regular rigorous cleaning regimen, they are following housekeeping best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.
