STR Permit #2020-1035 Our 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom beautifully appointed luxury loft is located in the heart of Ouray overlooking historic Main Street. It’s location, proximity to all Ouray has to offer, views, and ultimate comforts make this destination perfect for your next mountain getaway! Our condo has all the comforts of home with great attention to detail. It’s decor embodies the western history for which Ouray is known. Featuring John Wayne and elements from the movie True Grit, you will enjoy the western nostalgia that appears throughout the condo.The well appointed kitchen with gorgeous bar area, high-end seating, wine fridge, and up-to-date appliances makes for a cooking and entertaining experience that is sure to remembered! For your comfort, we have an Apple smart TV with Dish Network Premium channels in both bedrooms and living area. Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - Queen Bed 2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed Each bedroom offers a queen sized bed with flat screen TV. The Master Bedroom has an en-suite bath and lovely features including are gorgeous views to the south/southeast mountains, a large walk in tile shower, double sink, dressing area, and commode. The Master also features is a large walk in closet, for the guests looking for an extended stay, this is a wonderful attribute. The second bedroom has glass doors with lovely privacy drapes and offers a beautiful full bathroom across the hall. There is a flat screen TV in the hutch and internet access. We are taking special steps to prepare our home for your stay by adhering to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance on cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to our normal rigorous cleaning regimen, we are following the CDC’s protocols, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces, and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per the manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we’re doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system.
