This boutique hotel is Morro Bay’s newest hotel and closest lodging to Morro Rock. With a stunning panoramic view of the bay, this boutique hotel / vacation rental is a popular addition to the Morro Bay waterfront. This rental is for a private, full complex rental.
The unique floor plan is designed specifically for large group gatherings. There are six individual suites some with full kitchens or kitchenettes. Each suite is separate with private or semi-private decks or balconies, and a shared BBQ in the common area. Two suites are ADA handicap compliant, including a wheel chair lift to the building.
All but the downstairs half-basement suites have stunning Morro Bay rock and bay views. The downstair suites are half-basement units, and have a game room, private bedroom, and laundry facility. Sit back and watch the fishing boats depart early morning and return with their daily catch.
Located on Front Street, next to the Maritime Museum, the property is ideally situated to the Embarcadero, surf and recreational areas. It is an easy walk to shops and numerous dining options. There are bikeways and walkways in the area. Paddle board, kayak in the bay or join-up with local surfers at several nearby favorite surf locations.

1. Can I rent all 6 suites? Yes. The suites have been specifically designed for large group gatherings.
When the full complex is rented, guest have 2 full kitchens, 2 kitchenettes, 6 full bathrooms with a large walk-in shower, 6 private bedrooms with king beds, 6 sleeper sofas with queen beds, 4 laundry centers, access to the roof deck with 2 natural gas fire tables with seating for 6 - total of 12, and two BBQs (1 charcoal, 1 natural gas) on the lower deck. The 4 living rooms each have a 50-55" SmartTv with Sonos. Each private bedroom has a SmartTV. The game rooms (located in the half-basement) each have a 65" SmartTV. One of the game rooms has a Fusball table. The other game room has a xBox, plus board games. See Site Plan.
2. Can I rent half the complex? Yes. the right and left sides of the complex are a mirror image. Suites 2 or 3 must be rented to have access to the roof deck with fire tables. Otherwise guest will have access to semi-private front deck and BBQ area. See Site Plan.
3. Is there onsite parking? Yes, each master suites (Suites 1 and 4) have a dedicated parking space. Additional parking is available in the public parking lot directly in front of the property.
4. Are the kitchens stocked? Yes, the full kitchens are located in Suites 1 & 4. These suites are inventoried with dish ware, glassware and wine glasses for 8 guests, pots/pans and serving pieces. Kitchenettes are in Suites 2 & 3 (the ADA suites). The kitchenettes are equipped with a 2 burner cooktop, microwave and mini-refrigerator. The kitchenettes also are fully stocked with dish ware/glassware for 4 guests. All 4 kitchens/kitchenettes have Keurig coffee makers. The downstairs suites (Suites 5 & 6) have mini-refrigerators only.
5. Are linens provided? Yes, each suite is nicely stocked with white towels and bed linens.
6. Is there an iron and ironing board? Yes, each suite has an iron and ironing board.
7. Will I have access to the rooftop deck? Access to the roof top deck area(s) is only thru Suites 2 & 3.
8. Are there block off doors between suites? Yes. Block off doors between Suites 1 & 2 and 1 & 5. Same for left building: 3 & 4; and 5 & 6. Each suite can have a private space, or open to create a large group home.
9. Is there Morro Bay rock and bay views? Yes! Gorgeous panoramic views from all suites except the downstairs suites.
10. Is there AC in the units? Yes, there is AC in each suite and the AC units are very quiet.
11. Are there fireplaces in the suites? Suites 1 & 4 have a fireplace.
